Holiday Red Raspberry Chocolate Bars

This is another find from our recipe collection. I'm excited about trying these this weekend for church!


2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
1 cup softened butter
1 egg
12 oz jar seedless red raspberry jam
1 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees
Grease a 13x9x2 in baking pan

Stir together flour, sugar, pecans, butter and egg until crumbly. Press all but 1 1/2 cups into bottom of pan. Spread jam over top. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Crumble remaining crumb mixture over top. Bake for 40-45 min. Cool and cut

Makes 3 dozen bars!
